05 speed reg-fly

Ok so, like the title says i got an 05 speed reg for my fly. the pin attached to the frame that goes into a hole on the reg didnt match up. so i moded it to fit, but now im worried the holes dont match up right or somthin? will it work?

so the screw fit but the holes doesn't match? is it leaking air when you gas up?

as i figure the pin is there for the valve inside the gun to stay in place and the reg to line up with the gun. so that the air from the mini reg to stay inside the o-ring with both the air holes.

no i hav no air right now im goin tom to test it out but thats y i was askin will it work?

As long as the gasket doesn't sit on the air hole or outside of that area I think that it will.

if the reg is being held only with one screw and not two, on angel fly reg has two screws.. one big black one thats sits in the middle and the small silver one out of the reg. i'm not sure how many screw on the 05 reg..

one screw....... your might start leaking air because it wouldn't be tight enough for the amount of presure..

two screws..... maybe it might work

thnx for all the input guys...it is only one srew, but i dno its pretty damn tight n with the oring it shouldnt leak i hope

I think that even with the one screw set up it would work because the flys and the 05 speeds have the same operating pressure

thought about it im nto sure yet... i tried it today its not workin its lekaina little bit but i ahv another idea

ya the 05 speed reg doesnt work i think im gunan giv up...i could possible try a fatter oring im not sure wats causing the leakage tho, its coming from the left side only
