...uh, not trying to rain on your parade, but if I recall correctly there is a statement inthe workorder form that spells that out...
...when you factor in the 'travel time', it'll be a couple of days longer than that...
...what I would suggest though is: Don't keep calling him up now that you know the marker has arrived ! That will just keep him away from the workbench :( If your calculations come out to 10 days to do the job and return, then wait unitl the 11th day to call...that would be more realistic...
...patience is a virtue, but it is also a healthy habit to learn

Usually it can take some time depending what your getting done... Their must be a list of folks waiting like you are.
Don't rush the person because it might be a half Ass Job done on it. let them take their time and work on your $hit. You love that sexy beast after

Ken did mine exactly as he states on his website:
"We have now added a new expedited service plan. If you need your product repaired next day or over night we will offer this service. The cost for this service will be an additional $ 50.00. By offering this service we will not put you in front of another customer, but we will stay late or get in early to make sure your job is done. This goes for any project we are working on including conversions or warranty work.
These are our turn around times
Gun or air repairs 4-6 days
eye q conversions 6-10 days
(business days)
Please don’t make your repair decisions based on a short turn around time, always rely on quality master tech service"

Is it an issue to ship my tank with my gun, so that I do not have to dismantle it?

That's your call, however the tank is not necessary when it comes to servicing the marker. Also keep in mind that by sending your air system attached to the marker it greatly increases the weight of the package which in turn increases your costs for the service.
Please contact me at service@performanceangel.com or via AIM with any further questions.

I'm actually working on updating kens service part of his site, he does state to not ship the tank / drops or loaders unless they are specifially part of the problem that needs fixed .

That's cool. The reason why I was asking is that my tank is adjustable and I have everything setup just the way I like where I get +/- 1 fps. That's why I just wanted to leave it alone. I figure for the fly conversion I could leave it on, but I guess I can take it off and put a drop forward in. I guess whatever is easiest for Ken is cool with me.

I went ahead and took the tank off and I overnighted so you should have it by tomorrow afternoon hopefully.

Awesome. Ken is leaving for the Northeast Open so it's quite possible that your marker will not be serviced (or even looked at) until after the event. So that I can process your request as quickly as possible for Ken while he is away can you email the following information to service@performanceangel.com ?
Name
Address
Marker Model
Marker Color
Service(s) Requested
Contact Email and Phone #
Thank you!
