Grip & Trigger Assembly Falling Off Issue?!?!

Ok,

So my speed has been performing flawlessly!

Last week when I was done playing I went to unscrew my tank and the piece that includes the grip and the trigger assemble came loose from the rest of the gun.

The screw inside the trigger housing had fallen out and luckily I found it among the leaves and sticks on the ground...and just chalked it up to me needing to do a better job of making sure screws are tight (which in hindsight is stange because there was never any wiggle or play at all).

I put the screw back in and tightened it as well as tightening the back screw being the grip. Today after playing when twisting my tank off the entire thing came loose again.

OK AOG help me.

Has anyone had this happen or can anyone suggest what I should do to fix this stange occurance...

Otherwise anything to add friction. Teflon tape, superglue [yes this works marvelously as it cannot bond to metal so it dries up to a thick goo like thickness which holds screws but is soft enough to allow you to unscrew it if you have to] or like EP stated, blue [tool remove] loctite.
