riotfeed/A4 Board timing

I just got a A4 Board in my Speed. I also have a riotfeed halo and was wondering what timing i should set the board to for the intellifeed so that it doesnt break anyball, because it would push to hard or not enough. PLEASE HELPP!!!!!!! :bouncer:

i don't know much about intellifeed, but it seems that you'd want a shorter pulse from the board to make sure that you're not running the motor too long.
