2 days ago i took the grip frame off the gun for the first time, to clean it out. While i was clean, i could not find the rubber trigger washers that are supposed to come installed with the gun. And also i noticed that in the parts kit there were small o shaped pieces of rubber that looked like they would fit in the trigger. R these the trigger washers? Then i played yesterday and it was bouncing outta control. It was easily shooting in the mid-20bps and continued to shoot after i let go of the trigger. My gun had never bounced b4 and i dont kno y it did yesterday. The only other thing i adjusted was toe adjustment screw in the trigger but idk if that would have nething to do with it. Please help.

The bounce you are experiencing is probably due your adjustment of the toe screw in the trigger, especially since you said that was the only adjustment you made. If you adjust your toe screw too close to the opto-board switch it can most certainly cause a bouncing effect. I would suggest you back your screw out some more. The washers you are looking for are between the trigger and the vernier wheels magnets.

the newer speeds were being shipped without the washers installed because most people were just taking them off anyway to get a lighter pull. the two washers are included in the bag of parts however.

As far as bouncing goes, what else did you do to your settings or mechanically because just taking off the grip frame and reassembling it correctly without taking anything else off WILL NOT cause it to bounce. Something is in there incorrectly. Change your vernier wheels? Trigger adjustment? TR set higher? Missing the front or rear stop pin?

Settings:TR=1, Dwell=8(2lights), Hopper=3(I have a haloB) Stock=LPR

I only took the grip from the body, cleaned the wheels/magnets, removed the trigger, and cleaned it. I turned the toe adjustment screw in while i was cleaning because my trigger wasn't returning how it used to , almost to the point of trigger sticking

But today i tightened the grip frame screw inside the trigger frame in, andtightened the venier wheel locking screw and not a glimpse of bounce, do you think that is enough to stop bounce.

Reverse your vernier wheels and try that since you are having difficulty with your trigger returning.
