okay, the front caps, the ones that cover the holes for the valve assembly and the LPR. when you screw them back in, do you screw them in as far as you can, screw them in flush or what. please let me know something.
thanks

If you leave them flush, they should still seal properly.

thanks, just curious, i thought so but wasnt 100% sure. you da man. i do have another question. i know what dwell is, well kinda know what it is, could someone explain it to me like......raising dwell does this, and lowering it does this. the only thing i know about it is that it has something to do with the amount of time your bolt stays forward, or something. but i dont know what it means exactly when ppl. say lower your dwell, i just lower it and go with it. what are the advantages and all and what does it do. thanks

dwell is the amount of time that your valve is open. this means air flow. low dwell means you'll have to run a higher pressure out of the reg so you can get the ball up to proper velocity. high dwell means that the valve is open longer, so you can run a lower operating pressure cuz you'll get more flow. a proper setup uses a good balance of dwell, operating pressure, and LPR pressure

okay, so if i lower my pressure i need to raise my dwell, and how will i know when i have achieved the best-suited settings for my marker. what is your LPR and dwell set at, and also since you are so helpful, when you test the LPR, do you need your mini(in-line) reg set to a certain pressure or just screw the guage in and test the pressure? thanks so much i really appreciate any info you have for me, i am new to angels.

you dont always need to raise your dwell after lowering lpr, if you still have stock settings you can probly lower both with no problem.you will know youve got the best settings for your gun when your happy with it and theres no shoot down. and lowering these will make the gun quiter and kick less. mine came with lpr @ 70 I lowered it to 40 and dwell was at 11 I lowered it to 10. it worked great a week ago, but this past saterday it was shooting down bad, rechecked lpr and it was at 38 it had settled, so I added a little shem now its at 45 and I put my dwell back at 11 and it worked great. I will mess with dwell after turny on sat. for now it works great, aint broke dont fix it. and ya just screw in guage and test it, degas first though.
