alright, i just realized that my breech pull rod was broken (i just figured out that the pin isn't supposed to come all the way out from the manual...lol)

anyway, i found this (http://secure.fixmyangel.com/catalog-product67) but it is listed under ir3...will it work?

perhaps you are just missing your spring? that is what it sounds like to me anyways.

i have my spring, i just broke the little tab off the rod.

I lost mine on my original speed and found a replacement at a hobby store; a little snip and it fit perfect, I would measure the hole at go shopping, shouldn't be too hard to find.

about half way through my last tournament i was walking off the field and noticed that my pull rod was still out. i did not notice any difference in the guns performance. i was probably only able to do this because it takes a significant amount of force to open my breach, due to my ram adjustment.
