Does the paint come out of the barrel if you take the barrel off and try to size test it?

Hold the breech open and fire a couple times, see if the ram is cycling correctly.

Then when you close the breech make sure the pin on the bolt is going in the groove on the hammer.

Check your dwell.

should i raise or lower the dwell?

Well raising would give you more air, but what is it at now?

3000

When we hold the breech down it makes a full cycle.

I don't think that your dwell is at 3000, check on your menu and let us know what your dwell setting is

Dwell is at 11

Did you say that the marker only fires when you hold the breech down? What is preventing the breech from closing all the way without having to hold it down?

Is the pin on the bolt too small, very odd if it was, but possible nonetheless. If it is, then You may have a small piece of metal moving around your gun, not good. I can't figure it out, you shouldn't have to hold your breech down, this isolates it to the ram/ bolt assembly though, so it will be easier to find the problem.

It might be the bolt pin being too long if he's got to push and hold the breech closed, which would mean that the bolt isn't seating correctly and hitting the front of the body instead of down through the body. Or his ram/hammer isn't aligned correctly with the bolt pin.

It wouldn't be too long, because it quit halfway into the tourney. My theory is too short, are your eyes working ok.

The bolt pin is not to short....
My brother( who actually owns the forcy) just told me he lowered the dwell at the tournament. So well try upping the dwell and ill tell you whta happens

If he lowered the dwell you are going to have to increase the input pressure to compensate.

ok, we upd the LPR and its up and running again with no shoot down.
My input pressure is set at around 400.
Is this to high?

Ya, thats a bit high. You should put it at about 250.

Also, is that 400 from the tank, or input from the minireg

If it's 400 from the mini-reg then yeah, that's a bit high. You can decrease your input pressure and increase your dwell if you still want to use the same LPR setting. What is your LPR, Dwell, Tank Output, and Mini-Reg Output?
