View Full Version : LPR below 50psi / Dwell at x?
Anyone have their set below 50psi? and in conjuntion the dwell setting?.
LPR below 50 should have a higher dwell 12-14 no?
For example 38psi / 40psi / 45 psi, anyone suggest dwell settings?

Every marker is different. You need to see what yours needs...
Generally if your LPR is at 50 PSI, you can run a dwell of 12. Anything under that (If your Marker is capable of cycling under that pressure), try to keep your dwell around 12 or 13.
However, most Angels will not run at under 40 PSI and still cycle at fast speeds. There is always a chance that it will work under that pressure though.

you're better off with low dwell
my dwell is at 9 and my LPR is at 55ish. no problems.
Was tinkering and it seems to cycle fine w/o fsdo / drop off at 38psi, doesn't creep etc in high rof. thanks for the replies I'll try out the diff dwells.

do it with paint if you didnt
Obviously :), must be the field paint, breaks every few balls, 6-7 dimple/welts on each ball is normal right? (32degree Competition) :stooges:
Will be trying X-ball Bronze/Silver next week.
Edit: Bought Draxxus Blaze, shot a little bit better, was also bought at the field sitting in the store for god knows how long (2-3months). As someone mentioned, not all Angel LPR's are the same, some can work at a certain psi, some cant, same theory as not all shims are the same even tho they [are].
