hmm my friend must have been wrong, I suppose you could mix the 2 to make purple. you would need to heat and mechanically remove the whatever. It would be too difficult though.

i use blue for everything paintball related cause there is always the off chance that you would want to change that item/config of stuff
but some people have been known to go as drastic as JB weld to hold their feednecks on...that would be kind of dumb on an angel tho cause it would prevent you from opening the rotobreech. also you would never be able to change your feedneck say if it broke or something of that nature

my feedneck doesnt have any sort of thread sealer on it and it stays in place just fine.

There several more strength locktites available, green and purple are among them. Green, hmmm, was really meant to never come undone, EVER.

I wouldn't go that far, many nust and bolts need to have locktite, however I will use blue and none of the higher strength ones. Besides, it works better than teflon tape for sealing and does not gum up your internals like teflon tape.

The best sealent is super glue, it forms chemical bonds between the two things stuck together, therefore fusing them together permanently. You would need acid to break the bonds.

El P, what about the lil block of bolt for the ASA?? Loctite Blue, or Loctite Red, or Teflon tape?

Superglue only bonds to certain chemical compounds. Plastics being the main one. It wont stick to metal HOWEVER it works as a good thread "locker" in the fact that it will become very thick making the screw/bolt stay in place, but with a allen key you can easily adjust it.
