I have a Reloader that is 4 months old and when I played last weekend the sound activation quite working. Actually the cone doesn't spin at all, I had to use my rip drive to manually spin the cone. I took apart the hopper to see if there was anything stuck but I found nothing wrong. I also noticed when I turn the hopper on it used to spin the board like a quarter turn that activated the hopper. When I turn on the hopper now it does not do that anymore. My guess it is the board or the mechenism that spins the cone. Just wanted to know if anyone has come across this issue. I will probably take it to my pro shop this weekend to have them look at it.
