buying 05 speed need help

I will be purchasing my 05 speed tommorrow. I currently own a DM5 and a tricked out Freestyle. I have only heard good things about Angels but I really am buying this gun with out even firing or handling one. My question is, how user friendly is this gun? What are the immediate upgrades do you need to purchase out of the box besides barrel kit? I can say I had to upgrade the crap out of my freestyle to shoot at my level of perfection? Please help me out this gun is for my son.

check out the 05 Speed forum for more info. but just off the top, the gun should be great right out of the box. a volumizer is nice, so you can run a slightly lower operating pressure. and an aftermarket barrel, like any gun... that's really it. they're super user-friendly.

out of the box your angel will shoot like a charm and there shouldent be any problems. its recomended that you get a adjustable low pressure air system. depending on your preference you could put a volumiser on and a drop foward or a unimount. as for barrels i advise you to get a dye ultralight or a carbon fiber stiffi kit.

05 speeds are really great guns, my team shoots them (WDP sponsored) and they really are great guns, no maintainance. Just add ASA of your choice such as a unimount etc and a barrrel if you want. dont forget your halo too ;)
