Leak!!need Help

hey im a new speed owner and there is a leak coming out of the top of my reg. My tank is an lp and the out pressure is 300. The kid i got the gun off of said the lpr is probably set at 0 and id need to fix it so it doesnt leak. What do i do? i talked to a guy that works at foothill paintball and he said that if the output pressure is to high just leaks out the bypass. How do i stop it from leaking out the bypass?

if the output pressure of the tank is only 300, then it's definitely not "too high". the speed is designed for an input of 450. also it's not possible to set the lpr to 0. it could be that the guy you got it from took out all the shims (for some reason), but i don't believe that it could ever get down to 0. i'd suggest reading the manual (www.wdp.tv/manuals) and stripping down the LPR. lube it up as the manual says and reinstall it. an Angel Tool Kit will help you tune the LPR but if you don't have one, you can just use like 5 shims and you should be okay for now. Also check to make sure that it's actaully the LPR that's leaking, and not just the connection from the flashtank to the body. if it's that, it's probably just an oring

hey thanks for the help. i just found out there is no flashtank. so the guy that runs fixmyangel.com works in a store nearby my dads house so i left the gun with him and hes just gonna let him work on it. thanks

no its the flashtank internal retaining screw inside the reg. and ya i heard bobs one of the best angel techs and thanks for the help
