Has your bolt swelled? Is your LPR too low? Have you chopped and are getting parts of the balls jammed betweem the bolt and the breech? Is your ram going bad?

i havent lubed the bolt just the ram. The two shots that i can get off are at 290 -295. i also tried it with the stock bolt-same result. It does it while dry firing so its a no go on the paint issue, i guess the ram could be goin bad, is there a way to tell or do i just get a new ram?? Like i said before i have no clue but thanks for the input

man my dwell is at 8ms. and I have never got a bolt stick and my speed chops like mad! so I think someone Lubed the bolt and It swelled (SP) up and it is now sticking...solution buy a new bolt (A4 soft face or JAM) and DONT LUBE IT!

okay after two days of fighting with this thing i take the ball detents out and it works great rips like mad put the detents in and voila still works so i guess it was jamming in the detents somewhere just goes to show ya look at all the simple things before the big things

Your dwell on your speed is WAY to low, it should be on like... 15ms. And you might be chopping cause your ram isnt adjusted correctly.

yeah, 8 is way low. i run mine at 15 (two orange led's) and with a proper ram alignment, never have a problem. make sure you get the click of the bolt on the hammer.
