Diff between 03's and 04's

j/w cuz i heard they were produced 2 years so they are the same. is that true?

theres no difference, except for the solonoids...earlier 03' speeds worked on a 6v solonoid, but that gave problems so later 03' an 04' speeds have a 3v solonoid. Some people make a big deal on what the speed is called, but its just called a speed.

yes you can get the 3v noids, but it's not worth it. it's rumored that some people had first shot drop off problems because of the voltage difference (a 4.8v battery can't fully feed a 6v noid), but i doubt it was a huge problem or that many people even experienced it.

welted hit the nail on the head, if you want to you could get a noid from the sponsors and install that. it might make it more consistent, but other than that it probably wouldnt make too much difference
