I was wondering if the evolve kit is worth getting, and douse it really cause the gun to chop or not?

Only you can say whether it is worth it or not. Chopping not necessarily related to an evolve but rather lpr pressure and the hopper setting on your marker. The high flow and efficiency are great with the evolve and that's why I like mine.

while reading the forums, it seems like the evovle kit has quite a few problems with drop-off and leaks. I do like the sound of "no kick" and "lower dwell", but do the kits come faulty that often or is it due to bad installation?

The only problems I have seen with the evolve is the old style lpr and old style cup seal. Since they have changed those I have not seen any problems.

As far as i know all the problems were with the first version of the evolve kit and everything has been resolved with the newer version of the kit. A friend of mine just got his kit and now is waiting for his angel to return from a service center so we can install it. Probably post more about how it performs once we get it back in.
