I'm not sure how many of you have both PC's and Mac's however, I pose a question to the world.
Can I connect the iPod to both the pc and the mac without any reprecussions? (i.e. crash the iPod, loose all my music...anything along those lines)???

Thanks

Hook the ipod up to the computer, go to Edit/preferences. Click on the Ipod tab (only works when the ipod is hooked up). There you can turn off the automatic updates. Downside is you'll have to drag the songs on manually, but you can swap between computers without losing anything.
Oh, and nice avatar btw, got any others?

Not sure if being able to transfer them from one computer to the other through the iPod will work unless you configure the iPod to be a hard drive as well. Don't quite remember how to do it, but it can be done. I think I found the directions on doing so online. Sorry this wasn't more help. If you just want to take songs from both machines and put them on the iPod then you should have no problems doing what warpedx said.
