I just bought a 2k lcd angel and I love it to death! It came with a freak barrel kit, 2 lpr chambers, pure energy drop forward reg, and a few other barrels but now what should my next mod be? Ohh yea! I also bought one of those anti-chop bolts that have a spring in them so it's harder to chop balls. I was maybe thinking an intellifeed or what would you all recommend? I've been using an autococker for years so i'm kind of new when it comes to angels and electronic guns. What would you all recommend for a hopper to use with this speed monster?

HALO.
Then go out and dominate and humiliate your opposition.

ohh yea i have another question. What do most of you set you your dwell at? I'm using a medium grade paint. One of my lpr chambers do not sit flush with the body.. is that ok? finally is there anything i can do about my balls jumping up the feed tube when i shoot?

For the dwell, it should be around 14, thats what mine is. And then for the balls jumping up in the neck right? A loader that pushes the balls harder should help...otherwise check your ball detent.

balldetents don't have anything to do with the balls jumping up the feed-neck...balldetents keep the balls from rolling down the barrel... but as someone said use o halo or reloader b and that probably won't happen... or you can buy a gated feed...

so it's normal for that to happen?

Yes. The design of the angel (the roto-breech) allows a ball to roll back into the bolt, thus some of the ball above it comes down into the breech. When the bolt moves foward it hits the ball above the one in the breech and pushes it up. This can be solved with an A4 soft-face bolt and a Halo/Reloader B.

A Halo B or Reloader B. The difference between the two is the Halo uses a reflective eye and the Reloader is sound activated.

Well, I use a Halo and have only had problems with it seeing paint once. But if I had the choice I would probably get a Reloader B. I've seen intellifeed on Halo's on Speeds and A4's, I'm not sure if you could make it work on an LCD or not (probably if you really wanted to). The intellifeed kit you bought is probably for a revvy, unless they're making Halo kits now (I don't know?). You don't really need intellifeed anyway, not with today's loaders.

I have an egg (evolution 2), I know some people don't like them, but I love mine. It's easy to replace the door/shells if they break (they do sometimes). I'd suggest that or a Halo. I don't personally like them, but they're good hoppers.
Also, if you have a HIGH PRESSURE tank, then set your dwell to 14, if you have LOW PRESSURE tank, then set your dwell to 12.
Hope that helped.

I believe my tank is set at 600psi so would that be considered high pressure? if so how can i convert to low pressure?

600 is in the middle, I'd set it at 13, mine's 760 because I have a max flo and my dwell is 14. Yours should be around 13/14 area.

ohh ok thanx! so how do i convert to low pressure? is low pressure better? and how do i get the volumizers out?

Don't worry about low pressure on an lcd cause its a high pressure gun, if you got a lp tank then you would be starving your gun for air and get shootdown. With the volumizers, they don't really do anything for the lcd or ir3 generation guns but they should just screw out counter clockwise but be careful because they have small threads and if there is enough force they can be stripped. If the gun hasn't been tuned for awhile you might want to grab an angel toolkit if you have 50 dollars lying around and check the lpr pressure and what not but if you aren't that familiar read around in the technical reference section and ask some more questions before you start messing around. Also could send it to a master tech if there are any major problems, but most likely you are ok, just be careful with the threads on the volumizers.
