I had a great experience with firefox untill recently
its taking a long time to load sites, including AOG and sometimes it gives me this pop up that says "(website name) cannot be found, try again"
something along thoes lines
and ideas?

Happens every once in a while.. just close and refresh.. I get that every month or so.. But it happens a lot in that day.
No biggy.. small price to pay for something better than IE..
edit: 1,600th post lol

That happends to me and my friends no matter what browser we use. I think it's your ISP'f fault more than anything. I'm using firefox right now with barely any hassles.

I've yet to get anything like that using firefox on any of my computers at work and at home.
Make sure you are running the latest version.

i dont like the fact that you cant do anything ctrl+n on IE and it will pop up a new page exactly the same...on FF (to my knowalage) all you can do is hit ctrl+t and open a new tab thats blank

Whats funny is it doesnt make sense to open up the same window, you're jsut so used to it. 90% of the time i used ctrl+n i was leaving the page i was on for anothet site. And now with tabbed browsing I have a hard time using IE at all.

what i was saying is that if i wanted to have one tab open on one site and then say click a link...with FF you have to find that page all over again and with IE its just another window
thats my only complaint tho everything else about tabed browsing is exelent

if you just want to open a link in a new window either hold shift and click or to open in a new tab hold ctrl and hit the link.
