is this broken, or am i just dumb

i recently purchased a Egg II with a Z board and it worked for about 5 minutes. the next time i turned it on the red light for low battery turned on and the moror would not stop spinning, even when i stuck my finger or a paintball between the eyes. has this happened to anyone else. and yes i tried new battereis, it only spun faster, the light was still on and it wouldnt stop.

i had to go back to the Y board for my last practice and it was sloooow.

i posted it here because i know many others use the egg, as opposed to the loader thread

already done. but a seccond look wont hurt. what would you suggest i clean them out with if a q-tip or dust off wont do it.

Not sure myself, never had any problems w/ loader eyes, it might be a bad pair of eyes, u can get them replaced, instead of buying all the internals and shell, try to find the eyes for your loader that is broken. trade forums / retail / etc.

well on the egg the eyes are attatched to the board directly. anyway i think there was a shoror somewhere on the board and it is fried. i think i have to get a new one. i e-mailed viewloader and im going to wait for a responce before i get another one.

Ok,that Happened To Me,some How I Got Some Paint Inside Where The Eyes Are, But Also I Found Some Water, What You Need To Do Is Open Your Hopper
Very Carefull En Clean Everything W/q-tips, Y That Does Not Work You'll
Needa New Board. Good Luck

thanks. now i just need to plug the hole where the speed controll nob was.

Put tape on the backside of the hole and add a dab or gorilla glue on the outside to cover the hole. Once dry remove the tape and you'll be set.
