Its in your manual, but to save you the trouble they are called the ratchet plates. I'm sure you can get them from any of the stores listed at the top of the site.

Unfortunately they do not have them listed by themselves. You can get a set with another set of vernier wheels.

you're kidding :-( that ticks me off because all i need is 1 ratchet plate not a set of vernier wheels and ratchet plates... :-( that's prob expensive too which is really gay.
