well, i noticed that the ram shaft connecting the hammer is scratched at best(more like gouged out). i believe this came from wear because over time the stroke became less smooth(thought was a problem so i oiled it). once the problem consisted i removed the ram only to find it gouged. heres my question, what to do? warranty doesn't cover it, and othersise i have to buy a new one.
Also, i can't get the damned hammer removed incase i can just replace teh shaft. i've tried torches, vices(padded), strap wrenches, ect.

Hey Zach,
It sounds really bad but I (at least me) can't help you without a more clear description and/or some pics (a pic is worth a 1000 words)

i'll try and get some pics up at a friends house(comp is messed up and won't read the software for my camera). it is like a bur was created at teh factory, once installed and shot teh bur broke off in teh ram(i'm guessing) and just gouged the living hell out of this rod. i am guessing bur because another bur was on their and i wanted to see how it would perform with it and it broke off and went to work on it. Hope that helps.

well seeing as u have only had the gun for less than a month, that should be covered. i suppose u called WDP after u left my house and they said u were SOL. well if thats the case, lets throw it in the lathe because warranty isnt gonna help u at all from the sounds of it.
p.s. im his neighboor/ friend person.

took up up to local pro-shop. "spooly" had teh same problem except it happened when he removed his hammer. either way it's gettin replaced by teh shop. WDP, or unfortantly... me. as for warranty, if you look at teh manual it says that any wear on the marker or components is not their liability. heres the thing... this is wear... caused by their screw-up. i gotta run it back up to see if Jeff is in next time.
thanks for the help.
