LCD's WILL operate on an LP tank. jsut not properly. they will have very bad spikes in velocity and it wont get ur FPS above about 200 flat without spikes. An adjustable or High Pressure would be waht you want. Good luck man. sid enote, LCD's operate at aobut 750-800 PSI so youd want that much input pressure with the tank you buy.

My input pressure is 525 and mine is working just fine. Infact I had to turn my velocity way down too!

I know there is a way to make the lcd a low pressure gun. I think you hafto get a new reg and you need to fiddle w/ the lpr. ***take this w/ a grain of salt (I haven't tried it)***

There is a thread on how to lower your LPR pressure. Do a search for it.

Yes you can get it to shoot if you screw with your LPR and reg BUT the air passageways and the holes in the ram are too small and you will have shootdown with any half decent rate of fire causing velocity fluctuations.
So you can get it to work if you shoot slow, but it will not be the same.
Save the time and just run HP or buy a SPEED for $500.
