how often do u have to change the )-rings in the speed, adn how often do u have to completely strip the gun to oil it or is there another way to oil the internals without taking the gun apart?

First, as I'm sure you know, there's a difference between oiling and greasing.
Here's what the manual says (page 9)
"The Angel should only be cleaned externally using a synthetic oil moistened cloth only. Under no circumstances should you use hydrocarbon based oils as these will cause irrevocable damage to the internal seals, e.g. WD40, Vaseline, Duck Oil, Engine oil, Plus Gas, 3in1. The suitable oil is Love Juice Oil.
The ram shaft and internal parts that are accessible during disassembly and re-assembly should be lubricated with Love Juice Extreme Grease.
The frequency of lubrication should be every event or at least 8000 shots for oil lubrication and 20,000 shots for grease lubrication..."
Not too long ago, the word here was to disconnect one end of your macroline and put two drops of oil in the macroline and reconnect and then dry fire 30-40 times to lubricate marker internals. The 'in vogue' method of oil lubrication has changed here and I haven't lubed my marker since I learned of the change. You can do a search or someone will tell you (and me again) what the new method consists of.
As far as o-rings go, to me the practical thing to do is to inspect them when you take the marker apart, if they look cut or oblong or in any way deformed you may as well replace them. (they're cheap enough) Other than that, I would say use them as long as they work. Maybe a MT here can tell us a technical answer on how often they should be replaced.
