Ok this has probbly been addressed a few times before on here but here goes, got my first chop in my 05 speed this weekend....bad to the point their was paint dripping out of the eye covers (yea that bad) anyways after that the eyes quit working, squeegied, cleaned via tooth brush, cleaned via compressed air in a can, i took it apart and cleaned the actual lenses themselfs, and still nothing , power up led lights blink goes into fire mode but when i drop a ball into the chamber the eyes dont read a ball in chamber , wont even read a finger in the chamber, takes the 2-3 second delay for it to read a ball ok anyway of fixing this? or am i looking at replacing the eyes , and if thats the case how hard of a procedure is it and what tools will i need? :notsure: :notsure: :notsure: :notsure:

try actually shooting paintballs first because if you try using your finger, the eyes are not as responsive. if there is still a long delay...either clean your eyes one more time or just replace them. replacing them is an easy $20 and you don't need any extra tools. all the tools you need should have came with your angel. Just inscrew the left grip cheek and remove the eye ribbon from the board. and then remove the frame to get the entire eye ribbon out and just put in the new one. pretty simple eh?

Make sure you dont tighten the eye covers to tight or that will cause the eyes to read a ball even when there isnt any. Atleast thats what happens wioth mine

So if you are saying that the eyes do work but there is a delay?? If that is the case, I would check loader settings on gun. Had mine set to 1st setting: 9v. It shot about every 6-7 pulls. Quite a delay. Turned it to setting 4, works great. This is before my loader was put on. Changed the setting, and used my finger to test, and it works.
