Evolve gas hog, any ideas?

My Evolve (v.1 w/new cup seal) seems to me using an unusual amount of air.

experiment 1
Dwell 11 (accident)
psi initial 3900
inline reg at 250
no blowback
regular adjustment screw
1 hopper
psi final.... 2000ish

experiment 2
Dwell 10
psi initial 2000ish
inline reg at 250
no blowback
regular adjustment screw
1 hopper
psi final.... 1000ish

any ideas what I can do? I tried to adjust the velocity through the vol. with the inline at 300 but it didnt quite work very well. However, I will try it again this weekend.

ok, ive tried alot

input at 300 and adjusting through vol.
input at 250 no blow back then adjusting through reg
and then just tring to mix it up
my velocity was at 270ish (+/- 10 or so)

about 1000psi per hopper with 45/45
nothing i could do to make it better...

What is your LPR set at? 900 shots off a 45/4500 tank is not the best but it's still about average.

my lpr is at 55, i know 900 is average and id be happy if i got 900, im getting a hopper and 1-2 pods before im down to 1000psi from a 4000 fill

if my halo held 200 and my pods held 140 that would only be 480 and everyone knows that its more like 440-450

Run the lightest hammer, dwell at 9, lpr around 40
