What is the best bolt to use with an ir3 that isnt going to mess up the cops or anything else?

No, the R11 and Cobra IR3 bolts have a little groove so that it will slide over the cops sensor without cutting it off. Both bolts work great. I've seen the Cobra bolt in action and have an R11. I bought the R11 b/c I live closer to Warped.

I heard the DEZ bolt has had the best performance reviews so far.

I have a cobrabolt.
It gives you an extra 15-20 fps.
But i think its inaccurate when it comes to fps. It varies alot over the chrono.
So it sames you air? so what?

Can anyone give me a solid argument why i shouldnt go back to stock?

Also, the cobra boltpin is somewhat smaller wich leaves its mark on the hammer.

been using the R11 bolt for over 24000 cycles in my IR3, and not a single problem yet, and there is very little wear on it. good chrono consistancy and I've been very happy with it.....put it in at Cup, have no intentions of taking it out either......

i had an r11 and i liked it but i sold it and got an evil bolt. i get +/- 3 with both bolts. heck i got +/- 3 with my stock bolt too(good paint of course with my freak) i think consistency comes mostly from how well your regs are maintained and paint/barrel match. i think a fps jump is just hype anyways. doenst really improve anything. anyways i sold the r11 because i got bored with it and i love the evil bolts design with its ball detent groove and its open face design. also my r11 didnt cup the ball for some odd reason. usually the ball gets cupped by the bolt which distributes the bolt force evenly upon the ball. with my r11 the ball just kinda touched against the face of the bolt. i think all the bolt force being on one little spot on the paintball along with using crappier paint contributed to the few barrel breaks i did have. the evil bolt has a way smoother finish too. so in conclusion the r11 is a nice bolt but my personal favorite is the evil bolt.
