how to get valve out?

ok i got the end cap off but i dont see anything i can like grap or what ever to get it out, how do i get this beast out lol.

Here's what I did, and you don't even need the tool kit.

1. Take off the grip frame and minireg+flash tank and remove the two pins that hold the LPR and valve in.
2. Remove the endcap/volumizer
3. Remove one of the sight rail screws and thread it into the LPR plunger. Remove it and the shims/spring stack.
4. Remove the back plate.
5. Use circlip pliars or crossed allen wrenches to remove the ram (don't forget to take the bolt out)
6. Use a wodden dowel rod to push the valve and LPR out the front of the gun (Hold your hand over the end or the spring will shoot the LPR out)

I think that's it. It's not that hard.
