It was 4th time i e-mailed them and got no response what so ever...
is there any other way to contact them? Im having well known o-ring problem and trying to get newer style valve. thanks

you're aware it's the easter holiday right?

not accusing you of anything, but if you e-mailed even wednesday last week, theres still a vary good chance they didnt get back to you because of the holiday. be patient

if you have been triing for a few weeks, i dont know what to say. maybe give them a call, or post on their forums for peegee. i know i've been getting updates every couple days except for last week, but like i said... holiday.

yeah you are right. i think my first mail was sent about 3 weeks ago, and like 3 times last week. well, i will check with peegee and see what he says.

Just call them, they are very helpful people over the phone :) Most places in the UK only start back to work today. :)

just want to straighten thing up here... I finally had a contact with gordon and it was e-mail system that got messed up somehow... anyway he sent me new stuff quick and i got it in 3 days. great service from evolve, thank you and I will test out the new valve coming saturday... it will be awesome!!
