Got out of what? The slam? If so try not to duplicate what you had done otherwise those people that put you there tend to frown on it. They also tend to be a little harsher on the second time around too.

how can he learn if his dad made something up?There's always at least two sides to any story. The one that actually happened and the one you tell. If more than one person is involved then you could end up with that same scenario times 2 or more. Not saying that either party is lying but I am willing to bet there is more to the story than what has been told.

how can he learn if his dad made something up?Being somewhat sane, well slightly, and a parent I tend to not think there is a great amount of validity in an issue of a parent blatently lying. Especially when it causes their child time in juvy.
