SpEeD187???Good or bad seller

Ok SpEeD187 is selling this Angel AIr 68/4500 and I am thinkin about buying it but I am not sure if he is a valid trader/seller or not. Any ways I can tell??? If you have traded or sold or bought from him Post here and/or if you know hm personally.
