So i am getting ready to get my 3rd Angel and I am not sure what way to go (its time to retire my revvie. Should I go with an Egg (with a Z) / Halo (with a V) / (here is a new one) or a Q-loader ? :notsure:

Go with a Halo. Eggs are very heavy and you will regret it if you get a Q-Loader. Just get the Victory board and you'll be set.

eggs are very heavy? since when is an egg heavy? if anything the halo is heavy. I personally like Reloader B's. They have always worked better for me.

can a reloader use a victory board ?

i dont think it can... i ordered a black reloader B along w/ my G7, so yeah, i vote for reloader B. although it would be interesting to see a qloader on a g7... *grins devilishly*

A loader is a loader is a loader. C'mon this marker while being exceptionally cool beans is not unlike say a Fly or a Speed 05. The ROF will be pretty similar so the loader is really not that big of a deal.

just to let u know. The Halo is heavier empty but when full of paint they are the same weight

i was wondering this too. Can the g7 actually shoot 31 bps? like does it come with full auto setting or ramping(i dont play tourneys just w/ my friends)? if it does ill go qloader i guess so i can keep up.

how is this?

El Pirata
03-19-2005, 09:54 AM
Since the Halo is heavier from the start and holds 30 balls less then this is why it starts out heavier and ends up the same weight.

its simple. The halo is heavier but holds less balls and the egg is light but holds more balls. The extra 30 balls in the egg compared to the halo is enough to make them equal wieght

What i ment to say is that a egg is heavier on one side, its off balance.

Why April? I'll have mine next week.

The question was "which loader for the big G?" April will bring new technology to the Halo world.....Also, superman Halos don't use a 5 paddle cone

IMO guys- it's the mastertech "smart" version of the halo and egg, been in the works for months-seems like it will be offered first as "new" loaders, with upgrade option comming soon after for "old" loaders...,bigfoul

Angel4boy
03-21-2005, 12:24 PM
so that means a new loader is coming out with upgrades for the old ones ???

We might not be talking about the same thing. I was referring to the WAS board for Halo.
http://www.angel-owners.com/showthread.php?t=37675

The cone design is just a little "hint" for those who are trying to make super Halos (ie iHalo). I stopped giving out mods that solve problems because someone always seems to make money off of them. I just like to make things work

You will have to go back and read my original post (back up to page 2). The board isn't out yet but from the description listed by WAS, it should be much improved over anything that's out.

i think intellifeeds are a great idea and if i didnt have to prep it when i run a loader dry i would get one but until that problem is solved im sticking to normal force fed loaders..

I guess we'll have to wait for the MT edition.

El Pirata

whats this intellifeed u speak off? Whats it all about? :puzzled:Not certain whether it will have a port for an intellifeed or not, it should, but an intellifeed links the marker directly to the loader and the agitator turns when you pull the trigger instead of when it sees a lack of a ball or hearing sounds to agitate.

Angel4boy

I was talking to an MT and he said that there is no version (that they are coming out with) that would compensate for this "prepping" situation...sorry guys..
