Palm questions

From the looks of it I'm getting a IR3 Fly within a week or so, and i just had a few questions about the palm... Do I need the palm to change settings on gun, whats the purpose of the palm pilot, does it show BPS etc? whats the purpose... Details Details :cheers:

Basically anything you can change through the gun, you can change through the palm. I think it's easier to use that then to open the grip everytime I need to change something.
