trying to understand this (and I understand that English isn't a primary language so we'll do what we can) Are you saying that your COPS rod does not protrude into the breech of the marker? Are you still using the IR3 bolt? I only ask because I'd hate to see that you're using a different bolt and it's breaking your COPS rod. Now if the rod is not protruding into the breech then you need to make sure that your COPS sensor is sitting in the grip frame properly, and that your rod is in place correctly......any help? more questions I'll try to answer what I can.
let me try and get this straight, the plastic part of C.O.P.S. broke off within the tube after you finishe re-installing the grip and the cops doesn't work?(Do you mean the casing around cops, or the rod?) Let me know if i am remotley close.

This is another posibility. Check the actual sensor pad in the frame. I had a problem similar to what it sounds like you're describing and that was my problem. The sensor had cracked and as such the rod would not extend into the breach. Other than that I would ask the same questions as everyone else has so far.
Stay in touch and we'll try to help.
