I'm going to be getting an IR3 in a trade for my Eblade, and I was wondering what upgrades I should get? It's coming with a Speed board, and I was looking at getting a new barrel (Also coming with a SS J&J), but I already knew to get one. I'm sorta new to the IR3, so I don't know what's out there.

I am guessing u have a fast loader so thats not an issue. Barrels I would say freak or Stiffi. Then I would go with trigger upgrades maybe if u don't like the trigger

RobertYeah, I have a Reloader B and an Apache, so I'm set there. What about feednecks? Also, do I need stronger detents because of the Reloader B?

U mihgt try double detents I have that on my Ir3 cause the former owner was a halo owner. Um A softface bolt would be awsome to. Feednekcs would be cool but I haven;t needed them yet for now will tell u if I have any problems.

robertIt's already coming with a JAM bolt, so I'm ok there. what detents would you recommend? Sorry, I just haven't really dealt with Angels in a while.

I prefer the cobra detents cause you can remove the springs and put tougher ones in or lighter ones. There are more upgrades now for the IR3 internals as well. I just bought a low pressure high volume valve that allows me to drop the valve pressure to around 200 psi, and my dwell as low as it can go if I want. Granted I have a bolt that will allow for that as well. I have also got my LPR down to 60 psi by using a lighter valve spring. And the feed necks all depend on what you need it for. I use a very low feed neck and it keeps my profile low. Its not like all my upgrades are of the shelf upgrades but ive got a pretty customized angel so if you know whats going on you can do a lot.

Would it be better to get my gun Flied, or Chaos'd and ACE'd? I'm on a semi-tight budget, and was just wondering which would be worth the money.

Save up and get it flied, nothing better than the Fly conversion.

choas works just a well a the fly mod just doesnt look as nice, but can be done for like $150 if u do it yourself

yeah they use breakbeam eyes, WAS uses reflective

actually i think WAS is breakbeam as well
