breech o-ring

Hey guys i was cleaning my ir3 and just noticed that the o-ring on the inside of my breech was all torn up..so i was able to remove it but i don't have a replacement.
Will i be alright without one until i get a replacement???does anyone have any extras that i could buy?

it will shoot but your effiency will be quite a bit lower, you will have to up the dwell or input pressure to make up for the air comming out the side.

having said that i played all day and i didnt even notice that my o-ring was missing.

You won't notice the loss of the oring enought to have to adjust anything, its more of a bumper to keep the breech (metal) from smacking on the body (metal) when you close it.

I have not shot mine without it, but I disagree. The O ring forces the air into the breach and out through the bolt. Without it, you’ll have gas escape out the sides of the breach before it gets to the bolt.

Lower efficiency and inconsistency with the FPS.
