I spend a great evening at DEZign's workshop tonight. I picked up a used old style Jacko Infinity barrel and a used old style .692 boomstick. I must say first off the .692 was a little off, both DEZ and I got it at just a hair under .691 but that's close enough for government work.
Anyway. First we had to heat the glue attaching the front half of the boomstick to the back. Once this was accomplished the end ofg the Jacko was cut off where it would give make a 15" barrel as the end result. Next he had to turn todn the inside from a .689 to .700 to the barrel would have a stepped bore and also so that the balls did not go from a .692 to a .689 then to a .700 which would surely cause a ton of barrel breaks.
After this size was reached he only needed to turn the outside down to fit into the boomstick. So not I have a 15" Jacko-Stick all ready to go shoot some paint.
