if were to get a fly and put a cp reg on it, would i be able to use a hp tank?

You can do the mini reg mod or take off the volumizer and use a HP tank if you can get your FPS to what your field uses. The quickest thing to do is eliminate the volumiser, and if that doesn't work then the mini reg mod will. Those 2 options will save you cash in the long run.

otherwise, yeah u can use a HP tank. the CP regs can handle a lot of pressure i believe.

Get a CP reg. they are worth it.

Thx guys. i really am lookin at gettin an angel and didnt want to have to drop another 200 to get a new tank, i have a hp crossy right now. but i just found something cool. i can send my tank back to crossfire and have them put a lp reg on it for 65 bux, i find that rather cool

Yea, thats cool how they can change the springs. I still am glad I bought the CP reg tho, it's very consistent and just seems to perform better than the mini-reg, especially at high rates of fire.

Id stick with buying a CP Reg....or Try to trade your tank for a LP one.
