MAnual doesn't help if anyone wants me to look at it over again. But anyways how many threads are showing when you pull out your lpr? Reason I'm asking is because my lpr is going at 160 and it's venting from the hole near the vertical asa. I can take out all 4 shims and it's still hitting that 160 mark. And i know the lpr can be adjusted by the adjuster on the back so how ever many threads you have showing please tell me. Cause if I screw it in it should take the pressure up and if out then it should take it down. right? :)

Had the same problem getting my Alien going. I removed all the shims and spring discs and held the LPR tight together If you look through the air inlet on the side you should see the hollow pin for the LPR discharge and the seat for the LPR [part that screws into the LPR body] these should make contact to each other if not turn the seat into the body till they make contact than replace the spring discs and adjust your pressure shims from there. Hope this helps. If you screw it in it lowers the pressure in spite of the shims.
