Hey everyone I just got a angel speed 04 and it is low pressure but my compressed air tank with maxflow is highpressure. What should I do?
By the way my maxflow is a smartparts one and its the 03 one? My friend told me the is the place where I can go for help and I realy need it.
If poosible I dont want to change my speed to highpressure seeing how low pressure is better but if its needed to change it then I can do that I just need instructions please help this NOOB out.

No, I thought maxflows were adjustable, aren't they? You should be fine witha mx flow. Just adjust it to a low pressure.(450 or less)

Well which way do I adjust it and my maxflow is the 03 one by smartparts, and umm may be a stupid question but umm why is low pressure better :notsure:

low pressure is not neccesarly alwayus better but it lowers teh operating pressure of the gun thus saving you air. also it lowers the pressure of impact on the ball. but you cannot convert an angel to hp it is designed to work with lp applications thats the way the internals are set up. but if you have a high pressure tank you need to do the mini reg mod master tech ken krane posted how i belive it is in the speed set up forum there is a tab for it at the top of this page. it will show you what to do if you cant figure out how to adjust your max flow. i hope this has helped some what

Ut ohs, LP doesn't save air.

HP=Low Flow
LP=High Flow

LP is easier on paint, but uses the same volume of air.

you have three options: do the minireg mod, get an aftermarket reg, or get an LP tank. i'd suggest getting an LP tank...

what is the normaly pressure that 04 speeds should run on?

From the tank? Manual says ideal is 400. Most LP tanks are set for 450.

350 seems to work really well =)

it works for you with that low pressure? you don't get shoot down?

It will depend on your other gun settings too. Most users forget that when they lower your input pressure you have to recheck your LPR.

450 to 350 usually drops the LPR pressure too much (for example if it was 60psi it might end up at 50 or lower, causing shootdown).
