T.A.G. or Performance Angel

I want to get my angel tunrd by an angel tech but I still have not decided who I want to go for betwwen The Angel Guy or Performance Angel in cape cod. Any answers and tips would be very appreciated. Also if you can telll me some advantages one has over another, and I liive in New York if the matters any.

If I ever had my arms cut off and couldn't work on my own Angels I would definitely send them to Red Ken!
