nope,
get a speed 05, put laser eyes in it, and the other g7 upgrades that go into it. and its as good as the g7 as if better. and cheaper. i like that idea better. thats what im doing anyways. lol
THats like 1300-1400. I'd rather spend 200 more and get a loaded gun

what? yes. what you do is buy the 05 speed. Get it full loaded and thats like 200 bucks worth of upgrades if you wanted to max it out completely, then add a tank and a hopper to that and it is still less than 1600 which will be the selling price for the g7.

Its the newest angel, it should be better than the rest.
but no one has shot it yet except for those at wdp and a few lucky people.
so any opinions as of yet are speculation

its really a stupid idea. paying 1600 bucks to buy a gun that can potentially kill someone. you could just pay 1200, and get it fully loaded. there is no need for that. damn i saw this sweet pump paintball gun. man i want it.

I am planning on selling 2 of my radio controlled buggies and some other stuff to afford a g-7. I was planning on selling it anyway but now I have something something to buy. Hell, I might even sell my playboy collection too.

yea thats true im might get one i have 1050 right now ill save up more and about a month after it comes out you can prolly get them for 1300-1400 maybe i dunno but i like the lcd because you can fine tune your gun but i dont really like the milling in the back for some reason.

I've yet to see the WDP flagship marker drop in price within the first month. The Fly stayed at the original MSRP for almost a year.

Bottom line is the G7 is designed to work better than the speed. The G7 parts are not compatible with the speed so you can not just upgrade your speed to G7 status. The G7 is capable of operating at a lower pressure than any previous angel which is supposed to improve accuracy. Also, it should not produce as much kick as other angels. You can not really compare it to the DM4/5, because it is not out yet. Once it is released then you can start making comparisons. However, all high end markers fire pretty much the same when it comes to speed and accuracy. Reliability is the main difference. From what I have seen the DM4/5 does not have a good track record when it comes to reliability. I would rather have a spyder that works well than a high end marker that breaks down and chops all the time. The big difference to me is the Angel’s open and close breech. That easy access is priceless. I am personally going to get a G7 because I am willing to fork over the addition 500 bucks. But if you can’t afford it a speed is a great alternative. But you can’t make it a G7, which is why it is only 1000 bucks. Or you can wait for the next thing WDP will release, which will probably be similar to a G7 but powered by a 9volt and the battery tube removed.

Theres no point in arguing about the gun that hasnt even come out yet...none of you (correct me if im wrong) have shot it, so dont bad mouth it.

The G-7 trigger system is supposed the be the same as a speed.

A Walmart Talon can still potentially "kill someone", saftely and protection is where it would decide this.

the newton evolve kit in a speed will prolly make it better than the g7, that n a really nice barrel kit, you'll still have like 300-500 buckeroos left over.

The G7, that's what you get. Not everyone will be happy with it and so what. That reaction happens all the time.
I'll be getting one, that's for sure. My Speed 05 may just be on the market soon :evilgrin: ...

I know. I will save $1500-$1600 by just buying pods. Then, I will toss paint with my hands. That will be so cheap. I won't even have to pay for air.

NO not the Playboys. I won't go that far. You might get lonely some night. I want to buy a G7, but I'm going to wait until there is some different colors avalible, (sick of all the same colors, though I do like the Black/Blue Fade). Besides I just bought another Dark IR3. So my $$$$$ is gone right now.

i sure hope wdp doesnt go to 9 volts. i like the rechargable batt's. ill probably be getting one sometime soon.

From what I understood at the last tech class the only thing you will be able to interchange was the mini reg internals.... I have seen some pirate pics and some of the internals are completly different. But I really will not know untill the tech class at huntington. I will post after that.....
