O-ring found in breech?

I opened my breech on my momba IR3 and found a small black o-ring. It is about the size of a pencils diameter.Does anyone know where it might be from?

It's your breach o-ring. It fits in the small, circle grooved slot on your breach when you open it up. The best way to keep it in place it to lightly superglue it in place.
