Speed for Mamba IR3?

Hey, I got an offer for my 04 Speed for a Mamba ir3. Just want to know if this sounds like a good deal to you guys, cuz I think it does.
My speed has:

MT Trigger
New Designz volumizer
Check-It no-rise
CP Reg
Empire Rail
THOR Reg
10" Ultralite
10" Titanium Boomstick

Don't really know much about the IR3 yet besides it being a Mamba.

i wouldnt go for it.
the SPEED is a newer/improved marker.
i see it as selling your car to buy an older, less refined model. IMO
while yes the mamba would be more rare, the SPEED should outperform it.
but its all personal preference. so do what makes you happy = }
