every action causes an equal reaction in the opposite direction...

so rather than the evolve kit, could it notbe possible to put in an ultra light spring, such as a larger pen spring where the stock spring would go, aganst the valve and spacer? spfter spring means less force required to open valve, lower LPR pressure.

in essence, a spring with vertually no tension could mean in the area of 10-20 lbs required to open the valve, just because of the air pressure behind it. correct? and with only 10-20 lbs of pressure required to open the valve, combine a lighter hammer and you've got your LPR running at under 30 psi?

just throwing ideas out. lemme know what you think.

I tried some settings witha cocker valve spring that worked.

The only problem is that the spring has to be either strong enough to force the valve shut or the valve has to be precise enough to close with less pressure from the spring. So softer spring can equal leaky valve.

If that is true then is that all the cobra valve does, use a softer spring just with a new housing, and if this is true then it would probably just be easyier to fine tune the corba LP valve to get a similar affect as the newton kit?
