Best Upgrade...

I just recently purchased my angel 05 speed and I was wondering what some easy really good upgrades are for it.

My advice before anyone else jumps in is to play with your gun and see what you like and determine what you need. I don't think it's a great idea to buy the gun, take others' opinions on what you should do to upgrade, do those upgrades and then play.

You'll get dozens of opinions here on what you should do. I play mine, figure it out a bit, listen to folks here, listen to folks at the field and then decide what to do next.

Frankly, if your gun's shootin good, no breaks, no chops, just have fun with it. (and count yourself fortunate!)

if u just recently got ur speed wait a while to see what u need, why upgrade what some1 else wanted if u dont personally needed?

Barrel ultralight or stiffi unless you find the stock to be fine

I played with mine 3 times before I needed to find a different feedneck. One that didn't have o-rings. Those things caused me some problems.

I got a Trinity clamping feedneck and love it. I also got a System X unimount and love it.

but get some reballs so you can practice if yo upgrade yourself you dont need to upgrade the gun....think about that practice makes perfect dont cha know i jsu bought some reballs yesterday and i cant wait for them to come:)

best upgrade i ever got was the dye pants. it may not be for the 05 speed, but i was using my JT pants and i was playing snake and i went to bunker what i thought was the last man on the opposing team. There were 3 guys hiding behind a big brick. I got shot in the nads 5 times. One welt is actually on my... u know...

one is for practice shooting not at people and the others are for shooting people.

i got a set of V-balls. I use a POC jt barrel with them. It is great to be able to sit in my room and shoot velcro balls at a velcro target. So easy to clean up and great practice for snap shooting

Really... I would have thought that WDP would be great customer service. I had a few problems with my Dm5 and dye sent me the parts free overnight

ya, i love it, i took off the trigger frame today to get some paint out of my gun and something. I did something wrong and my gun totally broke. I just looked in the manual then put it back together and was shooting ropes after that

yea i got the ones from europe on ebay i dunno the differene between the practice and playing ones are you by chance talking about t balls? i would have got v balss becuase of the price but the dont shot that well fast

If you need to service your Angel I suggest to take it Warped Sportz in L.A. Jingle (coach of Stoned Assasin) works there so is Glenn Forster (former Dynasty). Stoned Assasin is mainly an Angel shooting team so they know their stuff.
