Hi,
I need help here I need to know how the LPR main seal Radius should be facing in my 05 speed. Should the Radius be facing toward the LPR main seal retainer nut, or should it be facing toward the LPR body? I have attached a drawing of what I am calling the radius on my LPR main seal, as well as the little area that is slightly protruding on the oppisite side of the radius on the LPR main seal.. Also should I apply love grease to the main seal?

Look again there, I had to edit it in order to transfer the pics to another server. Make sure that you maxiumize the screen that the drawing appears in so that you can see it good.

do you have a copy of the manual? it's got a pretty clear picture of orientation.

If you don't have a manual, there's somewhere around here that you can download a manual. would try a search in this forum or just google.

if you can't find a manual, let me know.

I have a copy of the manual but for some reason it looks fruzzy to me, bad eye sight or something. So I can't really tell how the radius is facing.

Here ya go! I juts took my spare apart to see exactly how my LPR was together. Tak a look and let me know if this helps.

That helps me perfectly, I had mine placed in there backwards. Somebody should sticky those two pics.

Someone should RTFM: While the pic does not show the detail the caution note specifically states how the main seal is supposed to go in.

"El Pirata" you usually have usefull posts, but my question has been answered, so it did not require you to post in this thread. Like I said you usual have helpful posts, but not this time. According to the pics. "trigga nometry" posted for me what I was considering to be the radius, as shown in the link in my first thread, is appearently wrong. So his pic helped me out 100% more then the manual did.

And O'yeah you just got served with alittle bit of being "F'd" in the "A".
Just kidding around with you, and I hope you watch Southpark or that joke just meant nothing what so ever to you.
