I did the search and i have adjusted the ram put new batteries it is still doing it

He adjusted his velocity from 400fps frapee to 300fps nice.

What kind of paint how old?

Ya know I have not had too many problems with really old paint aside from swelling. The shell gets super hard and they bounce better than a superball.
