It actually says 700psi, and thats from the regulator not the tank.
If you are using your minireg still (why wouldn't you??) then you are fine.

i just ran out to my car and got book. it reads This needs to be supplied to the ANGEL iR3 at a regulated pressure of 600 psi from your first stage regulator. which i guess is right from tank" . i did get new cp reg. because my minireg started to spike up to 12fps, someone told me that it sucked anyway, get new reg. also pmi has a kit for $9.00 that makes high press. tanks to low press. but not how much. is that a good option??????? thanks for any reply!!!!!

Right under the warning 700psi or 48BAR.
Try the nitroduck xtream, they have nice flowrate and are completely adjustable.
As for the spiking, try cleaning the regular as this fixes that problem. Remove the circlip, tap the reg onto a towel etc to get the insides out (observe the spring order or consult your manual on reassembly). Wipe all the grease off then oil the oring lightly.
