OK guys,
I got a problem see if you can help. My bolt on my Fly will stick forward sometimes. No chops, just stick. You can hit the side of the gun and it will shoot fine until it does it again. I clean and lube on regular basis. It makes that small farting sound when it does. I called Ken and he advised me to change the o-ring on the shaft of the ram that was behind the hammer. Still have the prob.
It's almost like the ball detents are holding it. And yeh they have been checked.
It also can't be made to do it without paint.
Any thoughts?

LPR pressure during cycling?

The LPR pressure when firing is around 20 to 25

That could be the problem. The LPR should be snapping back to 50psi or greater before the marker is cycled again otherwise you usually get the results that you're getting. What's happening is that there isn't enough pressure in the chamber to push the bolt back. Thus it's getting 'stuck' and causing these problems.

Sounds definitely like an LPR issue, perhaps even a main seal issue if the external seals have been replaced/regreased.
